Create a platform to replace the current manual order management process.
Eliminate the need for a person to always be available on the phone to record orders.
The platform should allow Heleno's customers (Hotels, restaurants, and other pastry shops and bakeries) to place their daily orders.
The platform should also notify distributors of urgent product needs from customers.
It should create daily order reports.
Analysis and Requirements Gathering
After gathering all the necessary requirements for the platform, we moved on to analyzing and mapping the entire process so we could propose a solution to Heleno that would solve their problems.
In this analysis, we were also able to identify problems not identified by Heleno, thus improving the internal management process.
Order Registration
The platform allows Heleno's customers to log in and place orders for pastry and bakery items, also indicating the delivery schedule.

Birthday Cakes
The platform should also allow ordering customizable birthday cakes, with the following configuration options:
- Type of cake base
- Type of frosting
- Type of filling
- Cake shape
- Short text
- Photo for the topping

Task Lists for Bakers and Pastry Chefs
A system was created to generate labels for Heleno's customer orders, so that bakers and pastry chefs could distribute products into bags.

Area for Heleno's Bakeries and Pastry Shops
An area was created for Heleno's bakeries and pastry shops to better manage orders.
For better management of customer orders for these establishments, a calendar with order information was created.
